Refund Policy

Cancellation before personalization

You may cancel for a full refund before we begin personalizing your certificate.

Cancellation after personalization has started

Once we have begun personalizing your certificate, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind. This does not limit the delivery delay refund below.

Delivery delays

We aim to send your finished PDF within 48 hours, counting weekends and holidays, from the moment your order is complete. Delivery is measured by the time the PDF is sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. If we expect to miss this deadline, we will contact you as soon as we know, and at least 12 hours before the deadline where possible. Unless you agree in writing to a new delivery date, you will receive a full refund, even if personalization has already started. Refunds for delays are reviewed and processed by us manually.

Corrections

If we made an error in the name or date, we will correct it free of charge.

If you entered an incorrect name or date, contact us within 7 days of the PDF being sent to you. We will provide one free correction. A correction covers the name and date only.

Files that cannot be opened or are damaged

Contact us and we will resend or correct the file. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once we approve a refund, we will process it within 2 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
